Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

After processing your order, the shipping time is 5-14 business days. If we have a high volume of orders or due COVID-19 shipments may take a few additional days, please be patient. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you and send you an email.

Off-Road AutoParts has 2 warehouses (the United States and China). Our products can be shipped from any of our warehouses (availability depends). The delivery time is the same.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-72 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Off-Road AutoParts is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
