Return

Our policy covers 30 days for MOST products. Refunds and exchanges will NOT be provided for purchases beyond 30 days from delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it. Prior to returning the item, we require a minimum of two photos; One of the items and one of the shipping box. After we authorized the return, we will give you the shipping address or return label to ship the item(do not ship without any contact).

Once a product has been painted, welded, installed, or has been attempted to be installed, there will be no returns.
Off-Road Autoparts is not responsible for broken or damaged parts during installation.
Please inspect your parts as soon as they arrive for damage. Make sure you check threads and fit and function.

Refunds

Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be subtracted from all returns. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges unless they receive an incorrect (we shipped the wrong product) or defective item.

Professional installation and test fitment are recommended for all products. All products are installed at your own risk as we are not responsible for any damages related to the installation or use of any product we offer. Installation, paint, and labor costs will not be covered for any returned product.

We reserve the right to refuse any package returned without authorization. Returns will be processed within two (2) weeks of receipt (not including weekends, holidays, and the day the package is delivered). Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment. If the original form of payment is no longer valid, the refund will be issued in the form of store credit applied to your American Authority website account. Store credit is not redeemable for cash.

Once your return is received and inspected, if approved, then your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

While refunds are immediate within our system, credit and bank institutions will vary in the time it takes to process the funds. If you haven’t received a refund within 3 weeks, first check your credit card or bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders that have already shipped can NOT be canceled. Canceled orders are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
If you need to change the address on an order that has already been shipped, please contact us within 2 hours. There will be a fee imposed by the shipping carrier to reroute the order while in transit. The customer is responsible for all change fees. Note, some carriers will not allow an address change once in transit.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange an item for another, you have to bear the shipping fee.
