We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
【Installation method】Clean the installation point, tear off the double-sided tape on the reverse side of the logo, align it with the installation position and press it firmly. You don't need to doubt the effectiveness of the double-sided tape, and it will not damage your car.

Before we ship your order, we have to prepare your products, do strict quality-control tests and carefully package the items. The time it takes to prepare your items for shipping is separate from the delivery time. Hope you could understand us.
Off-Road AutoParts has 2 warehouses (the United States and China). Our products can be shipped from any of our warehouses (availability depends). Please refer to our shipping policy for delivery times.
Please make sure we have your correct and current address for shipping and delivery. You may use P.O. boxes as your shipping address. But certain items can only be delivered to physical addresses. Large products, valuables, perishables, products with age-based restrictions, or items shipped via private carriers may require a physical mailing address or signature confirmation to be successfully delivered.
Generally speaking, we don't support this kind of service. But currently, we could only ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) address via standard shipping.
So please provide us with the most up-to-date, accurate and detailed shipping information with your phone number for the shipping. Your cooperation will be much appreciated. All parcels will be held for picking up if cannot be signed or delivered. If an item is returned because it was not deliverable due to an incorrect address, customer will have to be responsible for both the shipping and return charges.
The tracking of your parcel is online traceable. After your order is shipped out, a confirmation email with online tracking number and link will be sent to you. The tracking number will be valid for your check within 48 hours after you receive the email. You can also sign into your account to track your order or you can also contact our customer team to ask for help.
We sincerely suggest you add us to your email list so that you can get confirmation about your order from us. And remember to check your SPAM/JUNK folder if you do not receive a reply in 3 days.If you have any questions about the shipping of your order, please feel free to contact us.
If you check that there is a fault with an item or wrong item you have received, please let us know straight away through our customer service team. Please include as many details including the photos as possible about the order and the problem with the items and we will find a decent way to solve this for you.
As different arrivals of the items, sometimes we don't send all items you've ordered at the same time, so some of your items will be arriving separately. There is an email saying if your items sent separately. So first check your email box and if there are any doubts, please feel easy to contact us.

Quality was ok, but it would be nicer if the backing was already attached to the emblem because on the one I received it wasn't. I was able to line the backing with the letters myself, and it turned out alright. I put my emblem on a bolt on grill, and I hope it holds up well. The shipping was fast considering how far it has to travel to get to me. I recommend.
Smaller than imagined. The sticky backing is not attached so you have to peel and stick on the lettering yourself, if not real steady hand can be little nerve racking to get on straight. Then you have to slowly pull off backing to put in place on Vehicle, try to make sure where you want because hard to move. One of my sets I can't get last two lettering on end to stick good.
